COURDEAU CATERING SERVICES: A professional Catering Services firm in Port-Harcourt requires the services of a professional CATERING TRAINER.

(A) TRAINER

Requirements

Catering Trainer applicants should possess the following:

Ø  Level 3 City & Guilds Certificate in Catering.

Ø  Teaching and training qualification.

Ø  Computer literacy qualification.

Candidate must possess the capacity to teach in accordance with the syllabus and standards of City and Guilds (London) especially in the following areas

·         Food preparation and culinary arts – 7065

·         Food and beverages services – 7066

·         Reparation operations and services – 6067

(B) CAM BOSSES, CHEF AND COOKS

Requirements

Cam Boss, Chef and Cook applicants should possess the following:

Ø  Candidates for camp boss and cook must possess.

Ø  Level 11 City and Guilds Certificate or equivalent.

Ø  OND/HND in hotel management or related fields of study.

Ø  At least 5 years experience in continental and national menu. etc
