REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
ALL BUSINESS UNITS – LAGOS

The Role of the REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

ü  Deliver regional sales targets and objectives.
ü  Execute the company’s sales plans for the region, thereby ensuring profitability and growth of the company’s brands in the designated region.
ü  Manage and drive customers/partners in the region towards profitable growth as well as develop new ones in accordance with Company procedures.
ü  Identify and explore new regional sales opportunities.
ü  Develop and grow the capabilities of the sales team in the region through regular performance reviews, monitoring of objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and actioned.

The Person:
The right candidates must:
ü  Have a B.A. or B.Sc. Degree in Marketing/Business Studies.
ü  Have five to nine (5–9) years cognate working experience in a similar position.
ü  Have computer expertise especially in MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.
ü  Have good knowledge in distribution & customer development in the sector of FMCG.
ü  Have excellent Managerial skills.
ü  Have excellent planning and organizing skills.
ü  Have excellent customer relation skills.
ü  Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
ü  Have good team building skills.
ü  Be mobile and willing to be flexible in terms of location.
