University College Hospital (UCH), one of the oldest public hospitals in Nigeria has announced vacancies for Information Technology Officer (Domain Administration) in its establishment. The UCH job opportunity is for technology specialists and professionals with expertise in Domain administration. 


INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER (Domain Administration)

ü  Applicants must possess minimum qualification of B.Sc. B. Tech or an HND in Computer Engineering/Electronics/Computer Sciences with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

ü  In addition applicants must have vast experience in, but not limited to the following areas of expertise:

*Administration of Windows 2008 Server Enterprise Architecture, *Administration of Microsoft SQL 2008 Server, *Monitoring & Management of Database Server & Ancillaries, *Administration of Cisco Enterprise Infrastructure, *Monitoring & Management of Cisco Catalyst Switches & Routers, *Administration of Interoperable Enterprise Devices, *Team Bias

The announcement from UCH states that while relevant certifications would be important, a Hands-on "FIELD TEST" will still be conducted for shortlisted applicants.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

ü  Application forms are obtainable from the office of the Chief Medical Director, University College Hospital, Ibadan.

ü Applicants are also expected to request their referees to send reports on them to the officeof the Chief Medical Director before the date of the interview. Referees' reports brought on the date of the interview will be discountenanced.
